Account and Data Deletion

At Locck, we value your privacy and your control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated notes, reminders, and widget settings at any time.

What data will be deleted?

When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Account Information: Your email address, username, and profile details.
  • Pinned Notes: Notes, reminders, and pin state stored with your account.
  • Widget Preferences: Home screen widget layouts, filters, and display preferences.
  • Sync Metadata: Device and sync references used to keep your notes up to date.

How to request deletion

You can use one of the following methods to delete your data.

Account deletion

Permanently removes your profile, preferences, and associated personal records.

How to perform: Open Settings > Privacy > Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps to remove your account and synced data.

Data deletion only

Keeps your account active but clears specific historical data or activity records.

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, please email us from your registered email address.

Important information

Requests submitted via email will be processed within 7 business days after security verification. Once the account deletion is processed, this action cannot be undone. Data deletion requests may also result in the loss of specific features or history within the app.
