Agreement

These terms govern your use of Memoly. By using the app, you accept these terms.

Account Terms

You are responsible for:

Maintaining account security
All activity under your account
Keeping your email updated
Not sharing your account

Content Ownership

You own all content you create in Memoly. We claim no ownership rights to your notes, but you grant us a license to store and sync your encrypted content.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Memoly to:

Store illegal content
Violate others’ rights
Abuse our infrastructure
Attempt to break security

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide additional features. Billing is through App Store/Play Store. Refunds follow store policies.

Service Modifications

We may modify features, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice. Major changes will be announced in-app.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

Memoly is provided “as is”. We are not liable for data loss (though we work hard to prevent it - please backup important notes).
